ffwd_mag#4 è da considerarsi come una naturale espansione del progetto Bissera nato dalla collaborazione tra Invernomuto e Moira Ricci. Quando all’inizio dell’estate 2006 Xing ci comunicò di voler assemblare questa “coppia” affidandole la curatela dell’immagine coordinata e la progettazione di un live media per la settima edizione di Netmage, venne spontaneo trovare punti in comune tra il nostro immaginario e quello di Moira. Questa ricerca è visibile in tutta la comunicazione di Netmage 07 e nel live media Bissera. Come per Invernomuto ormai è abitudine, un lavoro viene raramente liquidato attraverso un unico formato, piuttosto lo si trasforma in un altro, cercando di stabilire connessioni impreviste, diramazioni fortuite e sembianze differenti. Dallo stesso campo d’indagine di Bissera nasce questo numero di ffwd_mag, andando ad intaccare altri territori e facendosi contaminare dagli immaginari altrui, includendo inoltre, per la prima volta, una sezione testuale destinata ad intersecarsi attraverso i suoi contenuti con il restante repertorio visuale. |
ffwd_mag#4 has to be considered as a natural extension of the project Bissera, born from the collaboration between Invernomuto and Moira Ricci. When, at the beginning of summer 2006, Xing informed us that they wanted to assemble this “couple” and entrust them the task of creating the corporate image and a live media for the seventh edition of Netmage, it was natural to find common points between our imagery and Moira’s one. This research is visible in the whole Netmage 07 communication and in the Bissera live media. As usual, Invernomuto rarely settles a work within a unique format, but it gets transformed into another one, trying to establish unexpected connections, accidental branches and different forms. This issue of ffwd_mag comes from the same field of interest as Bissera. Involving other territories and tainted by other people’s imageries, it also includes for the first time a theoretical section intersecting through its contents with the remaining visual compendium. |
